There is no country in the world where equality is reality yet.
Next to that, global venture capital spending to female founders has declined by 27% in 2020*. For many other social groups, there are not even statistics.
Everywhere on this planet, people are being discriminated against because of their origin, skin colour, social affiliation or gender. Especially in the cost-intensive hardware tech sector, enormous potential is hidden that has hardly been promoted so far.
We have made it our mission to support these promising founders and their business ideas and give them safe places to start their businesses and build working prototypes. We also offer operational support, a fixed founder’s salary and seed funding for 18 to 24 months. Enough time to build a sustainable business and get investment ready.
We also maintain an international social media campaign and provide diverse founders and entrepreneurs with serious and helpful business content – all for free.
Our work is financed with the help of impact investors, sponsors and corporate partners.*
We start with two founders from our network.
The first application round for new founders starts in spring 2021.
