Before going vegan, I loved my Bulletproof Coffee in the morning – what is a simple black coffee with butter. When changing my shopping list, I tried coffee with oat milk. Also nice, but not the same.
One of my absolute vegan go to products is full fat coconut milk.
So why not try it with coffee?

After a few physical challenges with the switch to vegan and irregular training times because the training center wasn’t open on all holidays, I finally achieved a first swim goal: 2.5km unbroken!
The next goal is 5km, then on time.
As soon as the ice is gone and the sun is back, I’ll start with running and longer bike rides.
